THE communist below average intelligent ANC Labor Minister, Mildred Oliphant, is considering asking Jacob Zuma to implement heavier penalties for companies that do not, according to her opinion, swiftly apply black empowerment.

OBESE, RACIST AND NOT VERY INTELLIGENT- MILDRED OLIPHANT HAS A LONG HISTORY OF “WHITE BASHING.”

This comes after the annual report of the commission was launched to look at equality in the workplace. It claims that the majority of top management posts are still filled by white men at 69%, while Africans occupy 14.4% of those posts, with Indians at 4.9% and Coloreds at 3.4%. Although labor experts have significant questions around the figures, it is enough for the racist minister to ask for higher penalties for institutions that remain “too white” to her liking because the report shows the “painfully slow pace of transformation in South Africa, African labor market, and the lack of appetite for transformation.”

Affirmative action and employment equity policies should not be scrapped, the obese  Oliphant said on Tuesday. The minister was speaking at a briefing at the launch of the annual report of the Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) in Pretoria. “Introducing employment equity was for all intents and purposes, a recognition that South Africa comes from an ugly past, where discrimination was the cornerstone of social and economic engineering,” said Oliphant. She added that it was too easy to see the outcomes of the intended law, but that there were signs of improvements within labor.

She was concerned that “too many” JSE-listed companies were ignoring the law‚ saying that there are more than 21 companies that have been fined for non-compliance and several others that are on the verge of being fined. JSE listed companies account for more than 50% of the companies that have issued fines for non-compliance. “Some commentators ridicule the maximum amount that an offending employer could be fined‚ as too small to be a deterrent as some employers simply budget for it just in case they get caught. “It is this state of affairs that leaves us with no option‚ but to consider‚ drafting-in harsher consequences for non-compliance. “It’s time to ‘up the ante’ and this may include promulgating the ‘stick’ sections of the Employment Equity Act because quite frankly‚ the ‘carrot’ sections have not delivered the desired results‚” she said. “We are seriously considering approaching the President to enact the more punitive Sections and Chapters of the EE Act‚ which were‚ initially excluded from the earlier promulgation.”This will give the Employment Equity Act‚ real teeth and will bite where it hurts the most‚ and that is‚ designated employers’ revenue.”

 

‘The only show in town’

Employment equity and affirmative action remain the only instruments to redress fundamental labor market inequities,” said Oliphant. “It is the only show in town and for that reason we have no choice but to make it work.” Oliphant pointed out that the nation is still suffering from an “apartheid hangover” as many are still holding on to “outdated historic tendencies”.  She added that despite this, government is doing something to redress it.  Oliphant said “relatively good administrative compliance” will translate into the needed change. Existing administrative compliance should be evaluated to determine if it is relatively good and significant enough to achieve desired outcomes.  She suggested that non-compliance is not only the fault of employers, but also of employees who are complacent. “I call on workers to be vigilant, by ensuring they truly scrutinize the equity plans and reports.” She encouraged workers to report violations.

DISCRIMINATING AGAINST WHITES- THE ANC LIES

The ANC advocate that they are “democratic”- that South Africans across the board are all the same and that all will be treated :” equal”– yet listening to their racist based policies that now are to be imposed to incriminate companies that employs whites- expose the ANC’s real hidden agendas to impoverish especially whites. The ANC regime base their power on discriminating against whites on a huge scale in general. What Oliphant and her communist cronies now are doing- is to criminalize any company that appoint whites.This is direct hard-core discrimination and racism.

The ANC lies and deceive people with their false “democracy” propaganda and openly anti-white hatred policies. The ANC are waging a direct war against whites in South Africa. Whites in general must start waking up from their “rainbow” slumber and start hitting back at this direct onslaught against them. Whites must start to get rid of all their black workers, servants at home- and stop giving “piece-jobs” to blacks. Whites must start to set up small companies and start to do their own homework instead of helping the communist ANC to empower blacks at the cost of whites. Whites must start a tax revolution and stop paying taxes where they can. It is clear racists such as Oliphant and her despicable clique will not let up on whites until all whites are left in the financial wilderness.
