SOUTH AFRICA– FAILED ILLUSION OF COMMUNIST ANC ORGANIZED CRIME ,LIBFARTS, UNION CHAOS , MISDIRECTED RAINBOW MONKEYS – AND WHITE GENOCIDE

LOOK– We all are quite aware that South Africa is heading for a certain financial disaster- no sh*t!! We also are quite aware that because of all the down ratings – tickets  in South Africa’s biggest open air circus nowadays becomes quite expensive to book a ring-seat near the political arena just to watch the most lucratively paid presidential jester in the history of South Africa performs on a daily basis all kinds of very expensive arse-cracking and bank breaking theatricals to fool  a very gullible crowd.

We also are quite aware of the fact that clowns in the South African parliamentary circus – where mainly black political pranksters are entertaining us with all kinds of bizarre and erratic pierrotical performances – does not come cheap either- but lo….you haven’t heard about the most   swank-ish stunt of prodigality yet- and that came from none other than the South African Police simian brigade itself!!

The Democratic Alliance have released a statement expressing their fury over SAPS spending from the 2015/16 financial year.  The statement comes after media reports revealed the South African Police Service (SAPS) paid a company a ridiculous amount for police torches. The reports claim SAPS paid Forensic Data Analysts (FDA) over R52 million for just 169 torches.  This amounts to R300 000 paid per torch!!!

The DA Shadow Minister of Police Zakhele Mbhele says the DA will call for further investigation.

“The invoice for the contract was paid for by the section in which former Acting National Police Commissioner General Khomotso Phahlane’s wife works. FDA is owned by a businessman that has been implicated in potentially corrupt transactions with Phahlane through the provision of luxury vehicles to him and his wife.

The DA will therefore write to the Secretary of Police, Mr Alvin Rapea, to request a specific investigation and analysis project of the SAPS expenditure over the last 5 financial years by the Civilian Secretariat, as per section 6(1)(b) of the Civilian Secretariat, in order to closely scrutinize potentially irrational or wasteful large contracts.” The reports also state that the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) is investigating other suspicious transactions between the SAPS and FDA.

Mbhele says such ridiculous spending by SAPS cannot go on, especially when the police force is under-resourced. “SAPS annual reports always show that the department’s budget is fully spent yet police stations are always under-staffed and under-resourced. Stations are often told that there is not enough money when they ask for additional vehicles and personnel up the chain of command.”

The DA believes that the SAPS budget continues to be misspent due to “skewed priorities and irrational procurement in supply chain management.” Just take a moment to let those numbers sink on for what they’re worth. R300 000 for a handheld torch. Not even a floodlight or spotlight, a torch…
